The Stable House's westwing was fully refurbished into two houses in 2017 -  Park House & Pump House

Park House has wonderful views over the surrounding fields and parkland.  

It comprises of 4 double bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs) with three bathrooms and one separate toilet.

All the rooms are named after children’s storybooks that our family have enjoyed over the years and there is a copy of each book in each room so you can remind yourselves of these childhood classics!

Upstairs there is a large king bed room with lovely views of the trees, with two additional single beds and its own sitting space.  There is also a second double room. There is a sofa upstairs if you want a quiet space to sit and read. This area is known as The Secret Garden.  

Downstairs there is a double room with ensuite (Peter Rabbit) and a twin room with ensuite (Fantastic Mr Fox). 

There is a spacious modern kitchen with a lovely old Farmhouse table and doors out onto the patio making the most of the beautiful views; the kitchen is fully equipped with a Rangemaster cooker and American style fridge freezer and everything you could need if you enjoy cooking while you're away.  

There is a separate sitting room with a smart TV; and the whole house is connected to 4G internet.

There is a utility room with washing machine and toilet.
